Cheerleading for Adults

LDCA for 18+ Adults is a fun, non-competitive cheerleading class designed for adult cheerleaders. This program introduces the fundamentals of cheerleading—including jumps, basic stunts, tumbling, and dance.

Classes are run in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment, helping build confidence, coordination, teamwork, and a love for cheerleading while having lots of fun.

Our Adults will also enjoy a special performance opportunity at the LDCA Grand Final on Sunday 21st June 2026, where families and supporters are invited to come along and cheer them on.
