LDCA for 18+ Adults is a fun, non-competitive cheerleading class designed for adult cheerleaders. This program introduces the fundamentals of cheerleading—including jumps, basic stunts, tumbling, and dance.
Classes are run in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment, helping build confidence, coordination, teamwork, and a love for cheerleading while having lots of fun.
Our Adults will also enjoy a special performance opportunity at the LDCA Grand Final on Sunday 21st June 2026, where families and supporters are invited to come along and cheer them on.

“I’d never done cheerleading before and was honestly so nervous about my first class. But everyone was so welcoming, and within minutes I was laughing and having the best time. I only wish I’d started sooner!” – Emma, Highgate
“I went into my first session thinking there was no way I’d be able to do any of the stunts. A few weeks later, I’m doing things I never imagined! It’s amazing how quickly you can build strength and confidence when you’ve got a great team encouraging you.” – Tim, Hampstead
